Jason is in his eighth season with the Pelicans and second as Assistant General Manager this year. His first year (2003), he was an intern with the Pelicans' organization as Game-Day Director and planned promotions. In 2004, he was promoted and hired on full time as the Director of Media Relations. While attending college, Jason played four years of college baseball, two at Daytona Beach Community College and two at the University of West Florida. He graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in marketing.

Jason is married to his lovely wife of three years, Shannon - a Pensacola native. They have one "child" - a rescued greyhound named Dicie. When Dicie isn't at Pelican Park for Mutt Mondays, she's probably laid up the couch. Jason is a member of the Panhandle Business Leadership Network and Board Member of the Pensacola Sports Association. When he is not on the baseball field, he can more than likely be found on a golf course in search of his first hole-in-one or fishing or cruising in the Gulf of Mexico in "Sho-Boat".
