Jason is in his sixth season with the Pelicans this year. His first year (2003), he was an intern with the Pelicans' organization as Game-Day Director and planned promotions. In 2004, he was promoted and hired on full time as the Director of Media Relations. While attending college, Jason played four years of college baseball, two at Daytona Beach Community College and two at the University of West Florida. He graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in marketing.

Jason is married to his lovely wife of just over a year, Shannon. They have one "child" - a rescued two year old greyhound named Dicie. I'm sure you will be able to see Dicie at Pelican Park on all the Mutt Mondays! Jason is a member of the Panhandle Business Leadership Network and Board Member of the Pensacola Sports Association. When he is not on the baseball field, he can more than likely be found on a golf course in search of his first hole-in-one or in the Gulf in his new boat.
