What is your rain-out policy?
We will do everything we can to play the game.  If a game is cancelled or postponed before it starts, a person can bring that ticket to any other game and exchange it for a general admission ticket through our "no-wasted ticket policy."  If a game is postponed or cancelled once a game has started but is not yet considered a complete game, the "no-wasted ticket policy" would apply.

Is there an ATM at Pelican Park?
Yes and No. There is not an ATM at Pelican Park but a person can receive "Pels Bucks" at the box office which are good for any need at the stadium.  They can be charged to your credit card and can be used for merchandise, food, ice cream, beer, and Pepsi.

Can I bring in outside food and beverage to the game?
Outside food and beverage is not permitted at Pelican Park.  The Pelicans offer full conession and catering service. The only exception would be birrhday cake/ cupcakes for reserved parties.

Are the Pelicans affiliated with a Major League team and if so with whom?
The Pelicans are an independent team playing in the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball.  We are not affiliated or report to any team.  The American Association is comparable to double-A.
